Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy (DMCA Policy)
Welcome to our website (the ‘Site’). We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect others to respect our rights. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to us through our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA, which allow us immunity from infringement claims. To submit a valid infringement claim, you must provide the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- An authorized signature of the copyright owner or their representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and details to locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement confirming unauthorized use of the material;
- A statement verifying the accuracy of the notification and the authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
According to Title 17 USC §512(f), false claims may result in civil penalties, including costs and attorney fees. All takedown notices should be sent to us via our Contact page for prompt attention.
It’s important to note that we may share the copyright infringement claim information with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material is taken down due to a copyright claim, you can provide a counter notification to have it restored. Your notification must contain:
- Your signature;
- Details of the removed material;
- A statement affirming good faith belief that the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Please send your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers as per the DMCA regulations. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against any repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.
Modifications
We reserve the right to amend this DMCA Policy page and its procedures at any time. We recommend checking back frequently for updates or changes.
