I’ve been told not to lift my kids up – Wood on injury

Recently, I had a candid conversation with my physician about an injury I sustained while lifting my children. To my surprise, the doctor advised me against lifting my kids up due to potential long-term damage to my back.

As a parent, I never imagined that something as simple as picking up my kids could lead to injury. But after hearing the doctor’s reasoning, I realized the importance of properly lifting and carrying children to prevent strain on the body.
